Get flu jab if eligible. Invites are sent out by GPs to over 65s, carers and ‘at risk’ groups. Check you have enough of your regular medicines to cover the holiday period.
Early December
Make appointment with GP or nurse for any planned follow ups needed before Christmas.
November/December
Restock your home medicine cabinet with paracetemol or ibuprofen.
